TMS helped my depression and seemed to work well as a complement to my spravato treatment. Everyone at Sacramento NeuroPsych is amazing, so caring and helpful.

In the beginning, I feared that bringing up my triggers would send me into a spiral of OCD attacks. The first week or two of sessions, thinking about my triggers sent me straight into rumination. Miraculously, over time and after just a few weeks, I could actually sit with the triggers without falling into the negative rumination loops. I never thought that was possible. It takes willingness and courage, but it has given me space to work on my therapy and actually apply the tools.

It has had a big impact in my life. I’m calmer and I have a good nights sleep. These are two of the things I was looking for. It’s refreshing to sleep all night and wake up more refreshed. I can get through the day with much less anxiety.

More than frequency I noticed less severity of the panic attacks. Biljana was excellent as was Nicole. They have a high sense of empathy and professionalism. The practice is very fortunate to have them. I always felt valued and cared for. Two times doing this has been very beneficial!
