Dr. Aggarwal completed his Child & Adolescent Psychiatry training at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 2013, where he was also the Chief Fellow in his second year of training. After graduation he joined the Cleveland Clinic, Department of Child & Adolescent psychiatry as an attending where he worked in pediatric inpatient unit from 2013 to 2015 before moving to Sacramento, California. He joined California Correctional Health System as staff psychiatrist and was promoted to the position of Senior Psychiatrist Supervisor. He moved to Elk Grove Headquarters, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to join the Department of Telepsychiatry in January 2017 before opening full time private practice in December 2017.

He completed his medical training at Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana India (1998 – 2004), received his M.D. degree and moved to England for postgraduate psychiatric training in 2004. In England he worked as Senior House Officer (equivalent of resident in training in US Residency program) in Psychiatry at Aintree University Hospital, Liverpool; Caludon Center, Coventry; Epsom General Hospital, Epsom and Springfield University Hospital, Tooting (as part of post-graduate Psychiatric training at South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust). He moved to USA in 2007 and completed his formal psychiatric residency training from Case Western Reserve University (Metro Health Medical Center, Cleveland) 2008 – 2011, where he was elected Senior Resident – Academic Affairs and Chief Resident in his 2nd and 3rd years of training respectively.
Dr. Aggarwal is a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist with board certification from American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Adult Psychiatry.

Dr. Aggarwal’s clinical interests include assessment and treatment for depression, anxiety, Bipolar disorder, OCD, psychosis, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorder, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
